Return / Refund Policy

Churchill's Steaks is dedicated quality and to your satisfaction. If your product arrives in poor condition or you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will refund your order. Simply contact our restaurant (509) 474-9888 or by emailing steaks@churchillssteakhouse.com to start a refund request.

Time to place a return / refund request: Packages must be inspected upon receipt for damage, and wholesomeness on the day they are delivered.

Orders are refund to their original form of payment, or are replaced.

Product must be in the original packaging to process a return.
