Churchill's Steakhouse opened in 2007 in Spokane, WA, and quickly became one of the most prominent Steakhouses on the west side of the country. Our namesake, Winston Churchill, was a beloved man who reveled in lively conversation, fine food, and good champagne. To that end, we offer steaks of unparalleled quality, award-winning wine, and a refined atmosphere from our sophisticated dining room to our cozy lounge with live piano. We are pleased to now be offering our exceptional steaks for home cooking and grilling here at Churchill's Steaks!

A PASSION FOR QUALITY MEAT BUILT ON GENERATIONS

Bill Alles, proprietor of Churchill's Steakhouse, comes from a long line of meat tradesmen. His grandfather was a Master Butcher who immigrated from Germany to the US in the late 1800s and settled in Philadelphia. His grandfather opened a number of successful markets and taught his four children the trade. As a child, Bill learned old-world techniques from his father and grandfather, spending countless hours working in the markets to perfect his craft. Today Bill incorporates many of the techniques passed down to him from generations before continuing the Alles family custom and passion for preparing quality beef. At Churchill's, established artisan methods meet modern technology to create the rich and flavorful steaks that appeal to a modern palate. A perfect blend of old and new makes Churchill's second to none.
